Is booking required, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, though advance booking is encouraged to guarantee your spot. We are open Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 10:00pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 9:00am to 10:00pm. Some events require prior reservation — check our website for the latest availability.
What is contrast therapy, and what are the benefits?
Contrast therapy alternates between heat in the sauna and cold immersion in the plunge or ice bath. Supported by modern science, it promotes improved circulation, reduced inflammation, faster recovery, deeper sleep, and a clearer mind.
What classes do you offer?
We offer guided classes including breathwork, meditation, sound bath, and yoga, each designed to complement your contrast therapy session. Breathwork supports nervous system regulation and mental resilience, while guided meditation builds focus and emotional balance. Sound bath uses resonant frequencies to deepen relaxation and restore the body, and yoga weaves movement and breath to ground you before or after your session. All classes are suitable for every level.
How do I prepare before my session?
Avoid heavy meals at least one hour before your visit and arrive well hydrated. Please do not apply oils, lotions, or perfumes beforehand. If you are feeling unwell, kindly reschedule your booking.
What should I bring for my visit?
Swimwear is required. We provide towels and complimentary amenities. We recommend a reusable water bottle and electrolytes. Style is personal, and we celebrate that. Wear whatever feels most comfortable and confident for you. The Ceremony is a shared experience — bringing a friend or two makes it all the better.
What facilities are included in my session?
Your session includes access to our cold plunges, sauna room, and wellness facilities, along with towels, changing rooms, and showers. Beauty treatment rooms and the smoothie bar are available at an additional cost.
Is this suitable for first-timers?
Absolutely. No experience is needed. Our team will guide you at a comfortable pace. We recommend starting with shorter intervals and building up over time — most first-timers leave pleasantly surprised.
Are there any health conditions I should be aware of?
Contrast therapy is not recommended if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or open wounds. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns prior to booking.
